ACCOMMODATION BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2009

1. Breakfast (optional) IS NOT INCLUDED in room rate. No set price is available for breakfast.
2. Travel Insurance, including cover for delayed flights is strongly recommended. No refund will be issued for changes in accommodation as a result of cancelled/delayed etc flights
3. No refund will be issued in respect to any service confirmed and not used.
4. In case of a NO SHOW, a full amount will apply for a confirmed booking.
5. Change of the dates of a confirmed booking is considered a CANCELLATION.
6. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to the value of 1 night per room is required to confirm/secure a booking.
7. FULL PAYMENT is required 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
8. If cancelled +30 days before arrival NO cancellation fee will apply, however any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
9. If cancelled 15-30 days before arrival a 75% REFUND of full payment will be available
10. If cancelled 0-14 days before arrival NO REFUND will apply.
11. Hotel check in time is after 2.00 pm
12. Please note “check out’ does not mean airport check in time. Check out is 10.00 am. A complimentary late check-out will be offered subject to availability only.
13. A 25% / room / night surcharge will apply during
    Christmas Season 20 December – 10 January
